We form a Montana LLC in your name and serve as your registered agent at our Helena office. Filing is submitted to the Montana Secretary of State, typically approved in one business day.

We title and register the vehicle
The LLC becomes the registered owner. We handle the county treasurer titling, permanent registration where eligible, and the pass-through of state fees.

Plates and documents ship to you
Montana plates, registration, and your LLC records are couriered to your address. Total turnaround runs 3–7 business days from complete paperwork.
Financed, leased, and imported vehicles
These vehicles are registrable, but they carry extra paperwork. Here is what to expect before you commit.
Financed vehicles
The lender must agree to title the vehicle to your Montana LLC and be listed as lienholder. Some specialty lenders do this routinely; many banks decline. We confirm your lender's position before you pay.
Leased vehicles
The lessor holds the title, so registration through an LLC requires the leasing company's cooperation and a lease that permits it. Our Concierge tier handles the paperwork where the lease allows.
Imported vehicles
Imported and gray-market vehicles need a clean US title or bonded title before registration. We provide guidance on the documentation Montana requires and coordinate the county filing.
Ready to register? Send us the vehicle.
Share the year, make, model, and VIN. We reply within one business day with a document checklist and a flat quote — no payment to start.
